Basic functionalities for building a record:

• Find all inflections records for the specified base.
• Find all spelling variants records for the specified base.
• Allow user to select one of the record for modifying.
• Provide GUI pages for user to input data according to category.
• Save the information to add_list_db for managers to approve.
