Consumer Health Corpus Approach
I. Introduction
Recongnizing the importance and unique knowledge of consumer informatics practice, the LSG plans to increase the coverage of consumer-oriented and patient-oriented terminologies in the SPECAILIST Lexicon. For the first attempt, we used 16 consumer-facing websites as resouces to establis the consumer helath corpus (derived from CSpell - consumer health corpus) for this study.
