Matchers (Inclusive Filters)

I. Introduction

Matchers are inclusive filters. They are designed to find valid multiwords for n-grams match a pattern. The terms found by matchers should have high precision as valid terms. With this characteristics, apply this filter on a distilled n-gram set (after exclusive fitlers) are focus on getting high precision only, recall rate could drop.

Matchers are used to retrieve multiwords from n-gram set by matching certain patterns. These matchers should be used with exclusive fitlers for better perfromance.
