FindPt

                      java.util.Hashtable<java.lang.String,java.lang.String> ptTable)

Find preferred term for a CUI from PT table.

Parameters:

cui - the CUI of interestes to find preferred term

ptTable - the key-value table of CUI|preferred term

Returns:

the preferred term for the CUI. Returns empty string if no pt found.

GetHashTable

public static java.util.Hashtable<java.lang.String,java.lang.String> GetHashTable(java.lang.String inFile,
                                                                  boolean verboseFlag,
                                                                  int lineNum)

Get the the key-value table of CUI|PT by loading from a file.

Parameters:

inFile - the file includes CUI|PT pairs to be loaded

verboseFlag - verbose flag

lineNum - loading status of line number to be displayed

Returns:

the key-values table of term|CUIs
